Stephanie Barry is Be a Part of the Conversation’s Director of Development and Marketing. With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she brings a deep well of knowledge in both programming and fundraising.
A longtime resident of Wilmington, Delaware (and a proud New Jersey native), Stephanie is eager to help expand the Conversation’s reach into neighboring communities by sharing the powerful impact the organization has on the families it serves. As the parent of a child in long-term recovery, she deeply understands the importance of support, education, and connection, and is committed to amplifying the conversation far and wide.
Stephanie holds both a BA and MA in English. A passionate community advocate, she serves on the Board of Directors of Humane Animal Partners and volunteers with NAMI Delaware and the Delaware Food Bank. In her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, and tending to her vegetable garden. Stephanie shares her home with her partner, Kevin, and their six beloved pets (four cats and two dogs). She is also the proud mother of three adult sons.
