Following up on the September 5, 2023 program:
“Pathways to Recovery: Adventure & Recreation”

For individuals in recovery, finding or rediscovering opportunities to connect with others, get active, and enjoy nature can help to enhance their recovery and prioritize health and wellbeing.
We explored some adventurous pathways and spoke with individuals in recovery who engage others in activities that support recovery, and simply to have “sober fun!”
