Pat Huyett is a partner at Anapol Weiss whose practice is devoted to representing plaintiffs in class action, mass tort, and whistleblower cases. Pat became a plaintiffs’ lawyer after working at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he defended large corporate defendants in high-stakes litigation and gained a deep understanding of the strategies that companies deploy in defending these cases. His current cases include actions against online platforms Roblox and Discord, with a complaint filed in February 2025 on behalf of a 13-year-old boy exploited through these platforms and a subsequent complaint filed in April 2025 on behalf of a minor in Florida.
He started his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Yohn, Jr. (retired) of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He graduated from Temple Law School, magna cum laude, in 2014, and from Dickinson College in 2006.
Be a Part of the Conversation’s mission is personal to Pat. For years, he struggled with substance abuse, which negatively impacted not only his own life but the lives of his family and others. Since getting sober in 2009, Pat has dedicated much of his time and energy to helping individuals and families who have been impacted by this disease, including serving as a member of the Greater Philadelphia Regional Advisory Board for Caron Treatment Centers.
Pat lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania with his wife and two small children.
