Louis DeSanto brings strategic partnership leadership and a deep commitment to expanding access to behavioral-health support across communities and workplaces. As Director of Corporate Partnerships at Caron Treatment Centers, he cultivates meaningful alliances with employers, professional organizations, and community stakeholders to integrate education, awareness, and access to recovery resources.

In addition to his work in partnership development, Louis is a professional speaker who works with organizations, leaders, and community groups to address mental health, addiction, recovery, and workplace well-being. Drawing from both industry expertise and lived experience in recovery, he delivers practical, relatable insights that help reduce stigma, strengthen organizational culture, and empower individuals and families to seek support. Louis is honored to serve on the Board of Be a Part of the Conversation, advancing the organization’s mission to foster understanding, connection, and meaningful dialogue.

Too often, families of individuals suffering with substance use disorder are left with a lack of knowledge and support. Families deserve a safe space to be educated, supported and loved. Be a Part of the Conversation has created that space, and I am honored to join in growing that community.
