Jill’s commitment to supporting individuals with substance use disorder and related challenges began in 2007 through her work in the juvenile justice system, including detention centers, victim advocacy, and juvenile probation. As she became increasingly aware of systemic gaps affecting youth and families, Jill shifted her focus in 2014 to clinical treatment, working with adolescents and young adults with substance use and cooccurring disorders at what was then Onward Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Pyramid Healthcare.
While facilitating intensive outpatient and outpatient services, Jill was entrusted with oversight of the organization’s adolescent programming. In this role, she led the development and launch of the company’s first adolescent partial hospitalization programs under The Light Program, expanding access to specialized care for teens facing mental health and cooccurring disorders. Jill later served for approximately six years as an Executive Director, overseeing multiple offices and multidisciplinary teams across the organization.
Jill currently serves as Director of Development and Special Projects for Pyramid Healthcare’s Outpatient Division. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for Creative Arts Therapy and Holistic Services, spearheads the launch of new programs, and supports the operational and strategic growth of her territory. Drawing on extensive experience working with atrisk youth and their families, Jill continues to advance her passion for this work through both leadership and service.
Outside of her professional role and her service to Be a Part of the Conversation, Jill is the President and Auxiliary Chair of her children’s soccer club. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and a Certified StrengthsBased Family Worker. Jill is married with two children and enjoys cooking and practicing yoga in her free time.
