ADDICT Returns to the Hatboro-Horsham Stage!
Hatboro-Horsham High School, 899 Horsham Road, Horsham, PA  19044

In September of 2012, the powerful play, ADDICT, made a lasting impression on all those who experienced this theatrical debut. On March 19 and 21, 2015, the highly anticipated revival will be presented with updated and realistic portrayals of young people struggling with substances.

ADDICT is a play written by Jerome McDonough, and adapted and directed by Kristin Hannings. The play brings to life the impact of substance misuse among adolescents through ten vignettes, each focusing on a specific drug. Our mission behind staging this gripping drama is to reveal the struggles that so many young people face through authentic stories, many of which are based on actual events. The play has been updated in order to ensure accuracy and to reflect current trends in drug use.

We strongly encourage all audience members to remain after the performance for a discussion with cast members, young people in recovery, and professionals working in the field of addiction. We believe that the most effective way to foster change is to Be a Part of the Conversation.
